Delivery is calculated based on mirror size and destination.
Delivery takes 3-11 days from your order date. We will contact you to let you know what day your mirror will arrive.
Yes! You can visit our showroom located at Unit 2/10 Lapis street Underwood QLD 4119.
Our opening hours are: Friday 12 – 5 pm, Saturday 10 am – 3 pm & Sunday 10 am – 3 pm
Yes! You can collect your order from our showroom located at Unit 2/10 Lapis Street Underwood QLD 4119.
Orders can only be collected during opening hours. Trading hours are: Friday 12 – 5 pm, Saturday & Sunday 10 am – 3 pm

- Office or Apartment Deliveries:
If your order is being delivered to an office or apartment building, our third-party courier will deliver your Queensland Mirrors product only to the front entrance of the building. - Missed Deliveries:
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your item may be taken to a nearby collection point, similar to standard Australia Post or courier deliveries. In some cases, re-delivery may be possible. Please note, items are typically held for 3–5 days before being returned to Queensland Mirrors if unclaimed. - Separate Shipments:
As each mirror is shipped directly from our dispatch facility, it will not be combined with other items in your order. Any additional products purchased will arrive in separate deliveries. - Multiple Item Orders:
When ordering more than one of the same product, multiple delivery fees may apply. Many of our mirrors are large, bulky, or heavy, and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to ship these items together. - Delivery Availability:
Delivery is not available to all Australian postcodes. Please enter your postcode on the product page or during checkout to confirm if delivery is available in your area. - Store Display & Click & Collect:
Please note, these items are available for in-store display and can be collected via Click & Collect. - Delivery Scheduling:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a specific delivery day or time for postal or courier services.
