What delivery areas do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide. Remote area surcharges may apply — final shipping cost is shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within metro areas takes 3–7 business days. Custom or framed mirrors may take longer—estimated lead times are shown on the product page.

Do mirrors come with wall mounting hardware?

Most mirrors include basic hanging hardware. Some heavy or framed models require professional installation—check the product description for specifics.

Can I order custom sizes or bespoke frames?

Yes — we offer custom cut-to-size mirrors and a selection of frame options. Contact us with your requirements for a quote and lead time.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 14 days. Custom and cut-to-size orders may be non-returnable; see our Returns Policy for details.

Are your mirrors safe for bathrooms (moisture resistant / anti-fog)?

Many of our mirrors are suitable for bathrooms; select models have anti-fog backing. Check each product page for suitability and installation recommendations in wet areas.

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?

Yes — trade and bulk orders are welcome. Email our trade team with project details for a tailored quote and lead time.

How should I care for and clean my mirror?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads, bleach, or ammonia on framed or finished edges to prevent damage.

What warranties do your mirrors have?

Warranty varies by product—standard manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. See the product page or warranty card for exact terms.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order ships we'll email tracking details. You can also log into your account on our site to view order status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Other payment options (Buy Now Pay Later) may be available at checkout.

Who do I contact if my mirror arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged, contact our customer support immediately with photos and order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
