Office or Apartment Deliveries:
If your order is being delivered to an office or apartment building, our third-party courier will deliver your Queensland Mirrors product only to the front entrance of the building.
Missed Deliveries:
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your item may be taken to a nearby collection point, similar to standard Australia Post or courier deliveries. In some cases, re-delivery may be possible. Please note, items are typically held for 3–5 days before being returned to Queensland Mirrors if unclaimed.
Separate Shipments:
As each mirror is shipped directly from our dispatch facility, it will not be combined with other items in your order. Any additional products purchased will arrive in separate deliveries.
Multiple Item Orders:
When ordering more than one of the same product, multiple delivery fees may apply. Many of our mirrors are large, bulky, or heavy, and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to ship these items together.
